LIMITED WARRANTY

Maison Bespoke provides a 12-month limited structural and workmanship warranty beginning on the delivery date.

COVERED

The warranty covers structural-frame defects, joinery failures, manufacturing or workmanship defects, and defective hardware originally supplied by Maison Bespoke.

CLAIMS AND REMEDIES

Email contact@maisonbespokeliving.com with the order record and reasonable photographs or video of the issue. After assessment, Maison Bespoke may repair the item first. If repair is not appropriate, we may replace the defective component. Full replacement or refund will be considered when repair or component replacement is not reasonable.

EXCLUSIONS

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear; scratches; accidental damage; misuse or neglect; improper assembly, moving, storage, maintenance or cleaning; damage caused by excessive moisture, humidity, sunlight, heat or unsuitable environments; natural variations in wood, stone, leather, colour, grain, texture or handmade finishes; customer-supplied materials; unauthorised repair or alteration; fabric wear, staining or fading; normal cushioning settlement; or commercial use unless agreed in writing.

This warranty applies to the original purchaser and does not limit consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
