MADE-TO-ORDER PIECES

Production normally takes 45–60 days from confirmed order acceptance and receipt of the required advance payment. After dispatch, estimated delivery normally takes a further 8–15 days.

READY-STOCK PIECES

Availability and dispatch timing are confirmed when the order is accepted because they depend on current stock.

DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Production and delivery periods are estimates. Timing may vary according to the design, materials, destination, customs processing, carrier and circumstances outside our reasonable control. We will communicate material delays when reasonably possible.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We accept international enquiries, but delivery is not available to every destination. Delivery feasibility, shipping charges and any destination restrictions are confirmed before an order is accepted.

Unless expressly included in our written quotation, the customer is responsible for destination customs duties, import taxes and similar governmental charges. Customers should check local import requirements before confirming an order.
