Shipping & Delivery

Made-to-order pieces

Standard made-to-order production normally takes an estimated 45–60 days after written order confirmation and receipt of the required advance payment. Heavily customised orders normally take an estimated 60–75 days. The applicable estimate will be stated in the quotation.

Ready-stock pieces

Availability and dispatch timing are confirmed when the order is accepted because they depend on current stock and the product’s condition.

Delivery estimates

After dispatch, delivery normally takes an estimated 8–15 days. Production and delivery periods are estimates and may vary according to the design, materials, destination, customs processing, carrier and circumstances outside our reasonable control. We will communicate material delays when reasonably possible.

Delivery, assembly and access

Delivery is quoted as door-to-door unless the written quotation states otherwise. Furniture may arrive partially assembled. The customer is responsible for assembly and for ensuring suitable access through doors, stairs, lifts and the agreed delivery point. Product-specific assembly instructions, hardware and tools will be confirmed for each item and quotation.

If access is unsuitable or delivery cannot be completed at the agreed address, any alternative delivery, storage, redelivery or related charges will be discussed with the customer and may be chargeable.

Packaging and insurance

Products are protected using packaging selected according to their size and weight, which may include cardboard and MDF protection. Freight is insured subject to the carrier’s terms and the damage-reporting requirements stated in our Returns & Cancellations policy.

International delivery

We accept international enquiries, but delivery is not available to every destination. Delivery feasibility and shipping charges are confirmed in the individual quotation before an order is accepted.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in the written quotation, the customer is responsible for destination customs duties, import taxes and similar governmental charges. Customers should check local import requirements before confirming an order.
