Bespoke Service and How It Works

Maison Bespoke creates furniture through a considered, enquiry-led process. Every order begins with a conversation so that the product, finish, dimensions, upholstery and delivery requirements can be confirmed before production.

1. Send your enquiry

Choose a product or tell us about the piece you are considering. Submit the website enquiry form or email contact@maisonbespokeliving.com with your name, country, quantity and project details. An enquiry does not create an order or payment obligation.

2. Discuss the details

We will reply within one working day and discuss the relevant product, dimensions, finish, fabric, headboard height, quantity and delivery destination. Available customisation depends on the individual product. The underlying product design is not changed unless Maison Bespoke agrees otherwise in writing.

3. Receive your quotation

Once the requirements are clear, Maison Bespoke will issue a written PDF quotation in USD. It will identify the agreed product specifications, price, shipping, production estimate and relevant conditions. Unless stated otherwise, the quotation is valid for two months.

4. Review specifications and revisions

Please review the dimensions, materials, finish, upholstery, inclusions, exclusions and delivery information carefully. Reasonable pre-production revisions are included according to the project scope. Extensive or repeated revisions may incur additional design charges, which will be disclosed before further work proceeds.

5. Approve the final design

Final approval is provided by the customer by email. Production does not begin until the final specifications are approved and the required advance payment has been received.

6. Confirm the order with the advance

A 50% advance payment confirms the order. Payment is made through the approved PayPal, Payoneer, bank-transfer or credit-card method stated in the quotation.

7. Production and progress updates

Standard made-to-order production normally takes an estimated 45–60 days. Heavily customised orders normally take an estimated 60–75 days. We will provide progress photographs or updates during production.

Changes requested after production begins are considered case by case. They may be unavailable and may result in additional charges and a revised completion date. Any additional cost and timing will be confirmed before proceeding.

8. Packaging evidence and final payment

When the piece is complete, it is prepared for dispatch using protection selected according to its size and weight. Packaging evidence will be provided. The remaining 50% balance must then be paid before dispatch.

9. Dispatch and delivery

After dispatch, international delivery normally takes an estimated 8–15 days. Delivery is door-to-door unless the quotation states otherwise. Customs duties and import taxes are the customer’s responsibility unless expressly included in writing. Furniture may arrive partially assembled, and product-specific assembly information will be confirmed for each order.
