ABOUT THESE TERMS
These terms apply to orders accepted by Maison Bespoke, a furniture business based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. Contact: contact@maisonbespokeliving.com. Mandatory rights under applicable law are not excluded.
PRODUCTS AND INFORMATION
We offer ready-stock, made-to-order and bespoke furniture. Product photographs and samples are illustrative. Natural materials and handmade finishes can vary in colour, grain, texture and detail; reasonable natural variation is not a defect. Customers are responsible for checking approved dimensions and ensuring access through doors, stairs and lifts.
PRICES AND QUOTATIONS
Prices are stated in USD unless an approved written quotation says otherwise. Shipping, customs duties, import taxes, installation and other charges are included only when expressly stated. Quotations are valid for the period written on them. Obvious pricing or descriptive errors may be corrected before order acceptance.
ORDERS AND PAYMENT
An order is accepted only after Maison Bespoke confirms the final specifications in writing and receives the required payment. For applicable orders, 50% of the total order value confirms the order and the remaining 50% is due before shipping. We may decline an order before acceptance and return any payment received.
BESPOKE APPROVAL
Customers must review all supplied specifications and approvals carefully. Changes requested after production begins may be unavailable, may delay completion and may incur an additional charge confirmed before proceeding.
PRODUCTION AND DELIVERY
Made-to-order production normally takes an estimated 45–60 days. Delivery after dispatch normally takes an estimated 8–15 days. Destination feasibility, shipping charges and import requirements are confirmed before order acceptance. Timing may be affected by materials, customs, carriers and circumstances beyond reasonable control.
CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS, DAMAGE AND WARRANTY
Our Shipping & Delivery; Returns, Refunds & Cancellations; Advance Payment & Bespoke Orders; and Warranty policies form part of these terms.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Website text, branding, images and original designs belong to Maison Bespoke or their respective authorised owners. They may not be reproduced or commercially used without permission.
WEBSITE AVAILABILITY
We aim to keep website information accurate and available but may update products, prices or content. Nothing in these terms limits liability or customer remedies that cannot legally be limited.
