Advance Payment & Bespoke Orders

PAYMENT SCHEDULE

For applicable orders, 50% of the total order value is required to confirm the order. The remaining 50% must be paid before shipping. Prices and payments are stated in USD unless an approved written quotation says otherwise.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Submitting a payment does not by itself mean that Maison Bespoke has accepted an order. We review the final design, dimensions, materials, finish, price, delivery destination and other specifications. The order is accepted when we confirm those details in writing and receive the required advance payment.

MADE-TO-ORDER AND BESPOKE PRODUCTION

Production normally begins after written order confirmation and receipt of the advance payment. The normal estimated production period is 45–60 days, subject to the agreed design and materials.

Customers must review and approve all specifications supplied for approval. Changes requested after production begins may be unavailable, may affect timing and may incur additional charges, which will be confirmed before proceeding.

Cancellations, delivery, returns and warranty claims are governed by the corresponding Maison Bespoke policies.
