Advance Payment & Bespoke Orders
Enquiries and quotations
Maison Bespoke is an enquiry-led furniture business. After discussing the product, customisation and delivery requirements, we issue a written PDF quotation. Unless the quotation states another period, it remains valid for two months.
Payment schedule
For applicable orders, 50% of the total order value is required to confirm the order. The remaining 50% is due after packaging evidence has been provided and before dispatch. Prices and payments are stated in USD unless an approved written quotation says otherwise.
Payment may be accepted through the approved PayPal, Payoneer, bank-transfer or credit-card channel stated in the quotation. Maison Bespoke bears its own currency-conversion and payment-provider fees; the customer remains responsible for any charges imposed directly by the customer’s own bank or payment provider.
Order acceptance
Submitting an enquiry or payment does not by itself mean that Maison Bespoke has accepted an order. We review and confirm the final design, dimensions, materials, finish, price, delivery destination and other specifications. The order is accepted when we confirm those details in writing and receive the required advance payment.
Design approval and revisions
Customers must review and approve the final specifications by email. Reasonable pre-production revisions are included according to the project scope. Extensive or repeated revisions may incur additional design charges, which will be disclosed before further work proceeds.
Production
Production begins after final written approval and receipt of the 50% advance. Standard made-to-order production normally takes an estimated 45–60 days, while heavily customised orders normally take an estimated 60–75 days.
Changes requested after production begins are considered case by case. They may be unavailable and may result in additional charges and revised timing. We will confirm any additional cost and timing before proceeding.
Shipping and other charges
Shipping is included within the individual written quotation. Unless the quotation expressly states otherwise, customs duties, import taxes and similar destination charges are the customer’s responsibility.
Cancellations, delivery, returns and warranty claims are governed by the corresponding Maison Bespoke policies.

MADE-TO-ORDER AND BESPOKE PRODUCTION
Production normally begins after written order confirmation and receipt of the advance payment. The normal estimated production period is 45–60 days, subject to the agreed design and materials.
Customers must review and approve all specifications supplied for approval. Changes requested after production begins may be unavailable, may affect timing and may incur additional charges, which will be confirmed before proceeding.
Cancellations, delivery, returns and warranty claims are governed by the corresponding Maison Bespoke policies.
